After having a couple jewelry parties at my house, my inventory got a little tweaked out so rather have people order a bunch of jewelry that is out of stock, I need to do some much needing inventory update! Oh Joy! We will also be releasing a lot of new jewels for spring & summer within the next couple weeks so stay tuned!
I'll start out by saying that I LOVE color. And I mean bright, fun, sexy color. And when I think of color, Nicki Minaj is one of the first people that comes to mind. From her Pink Friday Album to her Pink Friday coveted Mac Lipstick, she is the Queen Midas of products and advertising. Her OPI collection nail polish is currently in stores & so far I have tried OPI Fly, the lovely turquoise-ish shade. I love it but wish it was a tad more milky and a little brighter. But it is for sure a must have. I'm heading to Ulta today to pick up the other colors in the collection.
I've been hearing more and more about the Clarisonic lately so I decided to give it a whirl, literally! After researching the different options online, I decided to start out with the basics. The Clarisonic Mia retails for $119 on their website but you can find it cheaper on sites like Amazon or eBay.
I do love my Mia but I kind of wish I would have paid a bit more and gone with the more expensive option that has multi-speed functions for a deeper clean. Having said that, try out the Mia and make sure you buy from somewhere you could return it like Nordstrom or Sephora. I made that mistake! I bought mine at some small beauty supply (non-refundable) and immediately walked into Nordstrom seeing a huge display of them, UGH! Oh well...I mean I'm basically obsessed with it. After using for a couple weeks, my face is SO much softer and polished and my makeup glides on like butta, honey. Definitely a must-have!!
Everyone has to love a simple pinky nude lip, right? It suits any occasion, work, evening, gym?! I'm thinkin so! The colors I have chosen today are some of my favorites.
So this year was proven to be our best yet! We were approached by Barney's NY to sell our hair bows exclusivly at Lady Gaga's Workshop inside their Madison Avenue flagship store over the holiday season. We had a chance to go to the opening of the Workshop and be all up in Gaga's world. It was an opportunity of a lifetime. We will be working on some limited edition hair bow designs similar to the ones chosen to sell at the workshop, please email us or visit our site, www.cottoncandysugarrush.com for more details.
Above is Mother Monster, Lady Gaga herself wearing one of our hair bows. TDF!!!
Above is the exclusive GMA interview with Lady Gaga. She ends the segment with our hair bows and says they were her "favorite" item at the entire workshop. She then crowns Robin Roberts as an honorary Gaga and places a bow on her head saying, "You were born this way." HAHA!! Love it! You can view the direct segment at minute 3:40.
Umm...can I have this please?! This clever catch phrase hangable decor is available on Etsy for $175 via William Dohman. The price seems a bit steep but I'll guarantee you'll be the only one on the block rockin' this piece.
We're baaaack!! This blog was devastatingly neglected the last YEAR! My laziness had me resorting to one click posts on tumblr or pinterest which lacked any sort of effort so for that, I'm sorry. Let's try this again!
We are undergoing a makeover!! Gaga Fashion Baby should be up and running in no time so all you Lady Gaga-Holics will be able to get your fix. In the mean time, you can head over to our online store, www.cottoncandysugarrush.com, to get your very own Le Gaga Bow, like every other Gaga-Holic alive, feed the little monsters!
